NVM and Cleverbase launch Vidua: digital ID

The qualified signing of your documents via Cleverbase ID has a new name: Vidua. Cleverbase is the Qualified Trust Service Provider behind the Vidua brand. They are under continuous supervision and meet the strictest reliability requirements.

Recently is the merknaam 'Vidua' introduced and 'Vidua Wonen' for brokers and their customers. Vidua is a digital identity at the highest eIDAS level issued under the supervision of the Dutch government. You can use Vidua digitally identify yourself and documents qualified sign. To Vidua you sign up once. Vidua does not charge for this. The app is then an identity document and legal signature in one. Vidua creates the app. Vidua Living makes sure you can conveniently can around the buying or selling of your home. Vidua can later be used in other places, such as government, health care and insurance.

Digitally qualified signing with Zynyo

NVM members can go to NVM Digitaal Ondertekenen to have purchase contracts signed with Vidua via the Zynyo platform. If you use Realworks, you can also digitally sign documents from there via the existing link with Zynyo. We also offer brokers the option of signing documents from their own Zynyo web application. As a real estate agent, you can offer documents to sign yourself and the e-mail invitations will have your logo and house style. For full service brokers, this is an ideal solution to quickly and easily sign insurance, mortgage and organization-related documents such as employment contracts. You can choose to have documents signed in different ways and at different levels, such as with Mouse, iDIN, SMS-TAN and now also with Vidua ID.
