How it works.
With ZYNYO's Kolibri App, you easily send documents for signing from Kolibri. All required data is retrieved from the Kolibri application to send the signature request, the provider only needs to indicate the means by which the signer should sign (e.g. mouse scratch, SMS, iDIN or eID). After sending the signature request, signers receive an email with a link to a secure environment where these documents can be read and then digitally signed. This requires no special app or software and can be done on any device (mobile, tablet, laptop or other device). The document provider is kept informed of the status and completion of the signing. Once signed, the document is stored, with a Audit Trail, in the relationship and object files. The Audit Trail contains the audit trail recording all actions and key characteristics of the signers (name, date received/signed and authentication means). Signers automatically receive the signed document via email.
