Webinar: “Digital Signing with Zynyo in Codex”
October 2, 2026
Learn all about digital signatures
On October 8, we’re hosting a webinar in collaboration with Van Brug Software on digital signatures in the notarial profession. In one hour, Sanne Hofstee (Van Brug Software) and Jelle te Vruchte (Zynyo) will bring you up to speed on the possibilities, the legal framework, and the practical application in Codex.
During this webinar, you'll get answers to questions such as:
• What are the benefits and what is the legal framework for digital signing?
• How do you send a signing request from Codex and how do you monitor the process?
• For which documents is digital signing permitted, and what means of identification can you use?
• What tasks does Codex handle for you, and what do you, as a notary, do yourself?
• What new features are available?
• How does the Digital Signing module align with the KNB’s guidelines?
That way, you'll know exactly how to use digital signatures safely and efficiently in your office. Will we see you on Thursday, October 8?
