Digitally sign with Exact SynergySign
The signing of a paper agreement, quotation or other important document can sometimes take days or even weeks. Printing, scanning, storing and returning these documents can also be done digitally. With SynergySign Axians offers the possibility to fully integrate digital signing of documents with your processes in Synergy. They connect the Synergy environment with Zynyo's Signing service. This way you integrate the power of digital signing with daily processes.
Axians is the largest Exact partner, with Gold status, in the Netherlands. Since the inception of Exact Synergy, they have been the ERP supplier of this solution in the SME market. The link with Zynyo Signingservice enables the digitalisation of various processes, such as the legally valid digital signing of contracts and agreements, internal and external approvals and the 'onboarding' of new clients. The Zynyo Signingservice is ISO 27001 certified and meets the requirements of the European eIDAS legislation in the area of signing and is AVG compliant.
Signing with Zynyo in SynergySign
The Zynyo Signing Service is a digital identification and signing service that ensures the legal validity of signed documents. Documents signed through the Zynyo Signing Service are digitally sealed and provided with a certified time stamp and Dutch PKI certificate. An overview of the identity of the signers, the method of signing and the time of signing are enclosed in a deed of signature in the original document, or optionally sent separately.
Signers invited via SynergySign can digitally sign documents on any device (e.g. computer, smartphone or tablet) within a few clicks. Identification of the signer can be set up in different ways: for example through a mouse signature, SMS-TAN code, iDIN verification at the bank or with a personal PKI certificate.
