In Decos JOIN digital signing with Zynyo
The JOIN case system from Decos enables government organisations to carry out processes more efficiently, quickly and transparently. More than 100 Dutch municipalities work with the JOIN case system and a growing number of them use the JOIN Signing Service to digitally sign via Zynyo, thereby optimising their internal and external work processes and reducing costs.
JOIN Signing Service
Zynyo has an integrated link with the Decos JOIN Signing Service. The platform connects JOIN Case System with Zynyo and ensures that documents are presented for signing. In JOIN, the user indicates who should sign, after which Zynyo's functionality for the digital signature is used. After successful signing, the signed document is returned to JOIN. Of course, we take audit and archiving into account.
Zynyo in JOIN Signing Service
The Zynyo platform connects JOIN Case System and ensures that documents are presented for signature. In JOIN, the user indicates who should sign, after which the signer in the Zynyo signing service places the digital signature. After successful signing, the signed document is returned to JOIN. Of course with Deed of Signature, time stamp, electronic seal and archiving.
