You can think of Zaaksysteem.nl as the ticketing system for the government: someone makes an application for a parking permit and the system ensures that this is handled step by step. Zynyo has an integrated link with case system.nl which makes it possible to send a document directly from a case and offer it via Zynyo for digital signing. After the document has been signed, the document returns to the case as a newly signed document in the case system. A rapidly growing number of government bodies are making use of the possibility to sign digitally with Zynyo from their business system.nl, thereby optimizing their internal and external work processes and reducing costs.
