ZYNYO is a tech scale-up that provides software-as-a-service (Saas) services in the areas of digital identity, digital signing and document management through its platform. Function

ZYNYO is looking for an enthusiastic marketing & sales consultant with a few years of experience, ready to help conquer the Netherlands, and then the rest of the world. Do you have affinity with sales, customer support, online marketing and software? Can you put yourself in the customer's shoes and explain complex issues simply and clearly? Can you operate independently and do you have a quality-conscious, service- and solution-oriented attitude? Do you have excellent communication skills and do you know how to set priorities? Then we are looking for you!

Your tasks will mainly consist of:

Marketing

  • Website management and placement of new content
  • Compile monthly newsletter
  • Managing various external marketing experts

Sales support

  • Pre-sales talks
  • Scheduling of sales demos
  • Production and coordination of tenders
  • Calling prospects

Customer support

  • Maintain customer contact portal
  • Answering support questions
  • Testing and describing new features of the Software

Customer and supplier contact

  • Act as a point of contact, both internally and externally
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications

Who are you?

You have:

  • Affinity with software and the online world;
  • Ability to work independently with a great sense of responsibility;
  • Good communication and contact skills, both written and oral;
  • Very accurate, you work precisely and precisely;
  • Ambition and a natural curiosity;
  • You are good at doing many different things at once without losing sight of the priority;
  • An organisational jack-of-all-trades;
  • Flexible, and willing to go the extra mile when needed;

Your skills

You have:

  • HBO or WO work and thinking level;
  • An education or experience in sales;
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience,
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • The position requires mastery of the Dutch and English languages, and speaking several languages (German, French) is a plus;
