Saving costs

Our calculation module allows you to calculate how much your organization can save on signatures by using digital signatures instead of traditional (wet) signatures. Enter the average number of contracts to be signed per period and the average number of signatures required for each contract. At the bottom, you will see an indication of the amount you can save.

The cost savings shown are indicative and based on an internal hourly rate of €36 (including overhead costs and employer contributions), the current postal rates, costs for paper and printing, handling, and processing of signed contracts.
