Why use digital signatures?
Digitization within the notarial profession is accelerating. The KNB is calling for action: it is time to take the step towards digital signing within notarial practice. During this webinar, we demonstrated how you can send signing requests within NEXTassist using NEXTsign and how this is done securely and legally.

Practical experience of Verhees Notaries
Verhees Notarissen started using Zynyo for digital signatures in 2021. This allows clients to conduct business remotely, which they greatly appreciate. Employees are also positive about it. The integration with NEXTassyst makes their work considerably more efficient. For each file, the notaries assess whether remote processing or a physical appointment is appropriate. Anne Heijnen of Verhees Notarissen indicated that within the Zynyo platform, emails can be formatted in the notary's familiar house style, which gives clients confidence.
