The Belgian professional organization Fednot shares best practice experiences after deeds became digitally signable in early 2021. The Royal Dutch Association of Civil-law Notaries (KNB) shares its vision on the application of digital identification and signing within the Dutch context and the upcoming new regulations in this regard.
