Zynyo signing service

Authentication means: Signing with all common means possible; for example, the so-called 'mouse signature', SMS-TAN, DigID, iDIN, or PKI certificates
Automatic follow-up: signatories can automatically receive an e-mail or SMS with a reminder if the document to be signed is not signed within a pre-defined time. This e-mail and SMS are configurable
Bulk signing: signers who need to sign several documents have the possibility to sign several documents with one operation; there is no limit on the volume and the signer can decide which documents will be signed with the operation and which will not. For this, the signer needs to create an account once.
Backoffice: The customer has access to a backoffice the Zynyo Dashboard, where all relevant information can be found, including the status of the documents offered for signature
Deed of signature: Zynyo is unique in being able to include the deed of signature and PKI certificate in the signed document. However, it is also possible to receive the act of signing with PKI certificate separately from the signed document. Both documents do have an identical (hash) code so that they are easy to archive.

Phone number hashing: Zynyo has developed a solution to make a phone number unrecognisable in the 'Deed of signing'. The phone number is hashed (one way hash pseudonymisation) using the SHA-256 hashing algorithm.
Template: The Zynyo signing service is also equipped with the ability to send documents for signature where the signer still needs to fill in certain fields and/or tick a (mandatory) field. This functionality is ideally suited to obtaining the required information for standard forms digitally, and thus being able to process them quickly.
Initializing: It is also possible to use Zynyo's signing service to initial each page of a document. You can specify whether this initiation should take place with one operation on all pages of the document or whether an operation should be performed per page.
eSealThe Zynyosigning service can also seal documents with a eSeal which makes these documents unalterable by the recipient and gives the recipient certainty about the identity of the sender. This prevents fraud with documents
